This Privacy Policy describes how RoboKET collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit the website roboket.lt and use our platform to prepare for the Regitra driving theory exam.
RoboKET is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with "Regitra" or other state institutions. All content on the platform is intended for learning purposes.

2. What data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact and account data: the email address provided during registration.
- Usage data: KET theory learning progress, test results, saved cards, unlocked achievements, selected language.
- Technical and browsing data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, device, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, traffic source.
- Payment data: we do not process card data directly — it is processed exclusively by our payment service provider Stripe (see section 6).

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Service provision (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract): account creation, progress storage, provision of the platform and purchased content.
- Service communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): purchase confirmations, subscription status notifications, responses to your inquiries.
- Website measurement and improvement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent): statistical analysis via Google Analytics 4, only with your consent in the cookie banner.
- Marketing and advertising (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent): personalisation of content and ads and measurement of advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, only with your consent in the cookie banner.
- Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): issuing invoices, accounting, responses to inquiries from authorities.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use technical cookies and, with your consent, also analytics and marketing cookies. The categories used:
- Necessary (always on): ensure the basic operation of the website.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): help us understand how the website is used in aggregate.
- Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel): allow personalising ads and measuring advertising campaign effectiveness.

5. Data retention period
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes, and in any case no longer than 5 (five) years after your last interaction with our service. Accounting and invoice data are stored for 10 years in accordance with Lithuanian tax law requirements. Aggregated analytics data are stored according to Google Analytics settings (no longer than 14 months).
6. Data recipients and international data transfers
Your data may be transferred to the following service providers (data processors):

- Meta Platforms Ireland — Facebook and Instagram Pixel — privacy policy

- Hosting service provider — for the technical operation of the website
Some service providers are located outside the European Union (especially in the United States). Data is transferred on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (decision 2021/914/EU) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR (Articles 15-22) and Lithuanian law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data processed and obtain a copy of it;
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of data (the "right to be forgotten");
- Restrict the processing of data;
- Port data to another service provider in a structured format;
- Object to the processing of data for marketing purposes;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure, including HTTPS encryption, access control and regular backups. However, no means of transmission over the internet can be completely secure.
9. Minors
Our service is intended for persons preparing for a driving licence, usually from the age of 14 (category AM). We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 14. If we learn that a person under 14 has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices — we recommend reviewing their respective policies.
11. Changes to the policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. We will announce significant changes on the website or by email. The last update date is indicated at the top of the document.
