About the RoboKET platform
The RoboKET platform and all its content were created by the company "MB RoboCode". This platform is available online (https://mano.roboket.lt/).
The purpose of the platform is to help its users prepare for the Regitra theory exam for all driving categories (A, AM, A1, A2, B, B1, BE, C, C1, CE, C1E, T).
Using the platform
These terms of use contain all the information about using the platform. You automatically agree to these terms if you register as a platform user.
Internet connection
To use the RoboKET platform, you need an internet connection.
Your account
To use the RoboKET platform, you need to create an account and sign in. To sign in, you'll need to enter your email, which must be confirmed. Email is required to use the full functionality of the platform - to track your learning progress, receive and gift discount codes, and invite friends.
Pricing
The RoboKET platform is available to everyone for free. Every registered user can try the platform and its features for free. To get access to the full version of the platform, you must take out a paid subscription.
There are four paid subscription versions - one week, two weeks, one month and three months.
- 1 week subscription (1 week) - €5.99
- 2 weeks subscription (2 weeks) - €9.99
- 1 month subscription (1 month) - €15.99
- 3 months subscription (3 months) - €29.99
Subscriptions on the platform must be paid for in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before it ends. You can do this on the platform itself by clicking "Other tools", then "Subscription plan" and the "Cancel" button next to your current plan.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. In that case, you'll have access to all platform functionality until your subscription period ends. The subscription fee is shown on the platform itself and on our website. MB Robo code reserves the right to change these prices at any time. MB Robo code is not responsible for accidental subscription purchases. Payments are processed by stripe.com.
Refunds
We undertake to refund the subscription fees you paid on the RoboKET platform if you fail the Regitra driving theory exam on the first try. If you purchased the platform subscription via the web (https://mano.roboket.lt) or Android platforms (Stripe payment system), we'll refund the fees paid to your account. If you purchased the subscription via the iOS (Apple) payment system, we'll provide 1 month of free access to our platform. The only condition on our side - the RoboKET platform calculates the probability of passing the Regitra theory exam on the first try. It must be at least 90%. This indicator is shown in the RoboKET platform overview window.
For a refund, provide proof that the Regitra driving theory exam was failed and the RoboKET-calculated theory pass probability (before the exam). Refunds take up to 10 business days. We'll refund all fees paid within the last 30 days from the day of failing the exam.
Your feedback and comments
We welcome your comments, reviews and questions about the RoboKET platform. Having received your review, MB Robo code has the right to publish it publicly without your separate consent. For this reason, please don't send us anything you wouldn't want us to publish on this platform and website.
The RoboKET platform is intended for personal use. You may not use it for commercial purposes. MB Robo code grants you the right to use the RoboKET platform as long as no harmful actions are taken that could harm the company - such as copying, selling content, etc.
Use of content
All rights to the RoboKET platform belong to MB Robo code. Without the company's consent, it is strictly forbidden to copy, distribute or sell the content provided on the RoboKET platform. MB Robo code has the right to remove the platform from the website at any time, for any reason.
You are prohibited from disclosing your account login details on this website to third parties or performing other actions that would threaten the security of the website and its content. MB Robo code holds all rights to the RoboKET platform that are not mentioned in these terms.
Limitation of liability
You use the RoboKET platform at your own risk. MB Robo code is not responsible for any possible malfunction or errors that may occur on the RoboKET platform. MB Robo code is not liable for any damage incurred from using this platform.
Applicable law
These terms of use are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes and disagreements regarding these terms must be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
