In a residential zone, it is prohibited:176.1. to drive at a speed greater than 20 km/h;176.2. to park with the vehicle engine running for longer than is necessary to prepare the vehicle for driving (clearing snow, and the like);176.3. to leave parked heavy goods vehicles with a maximum permissible mass exceeding 3.5 t, buses with more than 12 seats, tractors, self-propelled machines, and trailers with a maximum permissible mass exceeding 3.5 t;176.4. to overtake.
