KET 137

If the driver in front is showing a left turn signal and has moved into position to turn left (or turn around), the driver following them must go around the turning vehicle on the right or wait until the driver in front clears the lane.

KET 138

The driver of the vehicle being overtaken is prohibited from obstructing the overtaking by increasing speed or by other actions.

KET 139

If it is difficult to pass an oncoming vehicle, the driver on whose side the obstacle is located must give way. On downhill sections marked with the appropriate road signs, where there is an obstacle, the driver of the vehicle traveling downhill must give way.

Overtaking is prohibited:
