📚 Detailed rules
A driver driving a vehicle bearing the distinguishing mark "Person with disability" or a disabled person's car parking card is permitted to enter a zone marked with the road signs "No entry" and "No motor vehicle entry".
A driver whose vehicle is marked with the distinguishing mark "Person with disability" or a disabled person's car parking card is permitted to:
184.1. disregard the road sign "Parking place with limited time", if it does not restrict parking time at an electric vehicle charging place, and the requirements of the road sign "Parking place at specified times";
184.2. stop and park in the area of validity of the road signs "No stopping" and "No parking" and (or) at the horizontal marking lines 1.4 or 1.9 drawn at the edge of the carriageway.
1.4. A yellow solid line marks places where stopping or parking is prohibited; it may be used to mark lanes at a work site. Crossing this line is prohibited. If a yellow solid line is used together with white marking lines marking lanes, the yellow solid line must be followed.
1.9. A yellow broken line marks places where parking is prohibited; it may be used to mark lanes at a work site. Crossing this line is permitted from both sides. If a yellow broken line is used together with white marking lines marking lanes, the yellow broken line must be followed.
Persons with disabilities are permitted to travel in a wheelchair for persons with disabilities along the right edge of the carriageway (regardless of whether there is a road shoulder, sidewalk, pedestrian path or pedestrian and bicycle path); where possible, it is recommended to use infrastructure designated for pedestrians. When persons with disabilities are traveling along the right edge of the carriageway during the dark hours of the day or in poor visibility, the wheelchair for persons with disabilities must have reflectors: on the left side of the wheelchair – white at the front and red at the rear.
